Free Herbal Stamina Formula for Men

Home-made Herbal all natural Male Stamina formula..... make it in your kitchen.....free recipe...

My personal Male Stamina Herbal Formula; with herbs purchased locally from your local "farmer's market type" store. You can buy the commercial tonics and stuff, but of course homemade is always stronger...less sugar... and cheaper in the long run. I also give you some good nutrition tips for men that is  a must have for the over 35 year old male.  Good basic nutrition is important to maintain your Alpha Male mental and physical state.

The question is how to naturally increase your stamina and libido. If you are a man over the age of 35 (like me), you may have experienced a drop off in your "performance" in the bedroom.  You may pop a little blue pill and that may work temporarily, but in the back of your mind, you are concerned about the side effects! Well, below is the all natural herbal formula that I have personally been using for years... I  believe it's a great alternative, new age, healthy, way to fight erectile dysfuntion (also known clinically as ED ... difficulty in maintaining a firm erection and/or pre-mature ejaculation). The object of the game is to naturally coax the body to produce more testosterone and increase overall blood flow.  This is based on a very generic recipe known in the carribean. I have added my own ingredients and enjoyed it"s benefits for over 15 years. I would even vouch for it"s anti aging properties due to the formula's high levels of anti-oxidants (free-radical fighters). Try it for yourself, hit the gym and engage in some kind of 3x weekly regime.

I generally make a Irish moss tonic and dump all of my herbs and stuff in there...drinking this 2-3 times a week.

 Irish Moss (1 pack)

Flaxseeds (2 -4 tablespoons)

Isinglass sticks (half a pack)

Arabic Gum (1-2 pieces)

Strongback herb (1 pack)

Ginseng, Ginger, Gingko Biloba, Yohimbe Root ....I pre-make a very strong tea with the ginseng, ginkgo biloba, yohimbe root. Use a small amount of yohimbe, like 2 heaping tablespoons of ground root per two quarts of tonic. Ginger, Ginseng, Gingko...use equal amounts.

I slowly cook down the irish moss in a 4 quart pot with 2 quarts of water, add the flax, isinglass, Arabic gum, strongback in a pot and cook for 20-30 minutes. Stir and watch the pot, it has tendency to over boil ...even at low tempertures.

Pour your pre-made tea into the irish moss preparation after it's cooled. The end result is like a semi thick porridge, but you can add water to thin it out and honey, nutmeg for taste. Store the stuff in the refrigerator. Sometimes I add extra ingredients like: horny goat weed and similar acting herbs. If you can get to your local "China Town", you will be able to purchase additional herbs to add to your herbal tonic.

This tonic helps to keep your blood flowing strong. Strong blood flow is essential for strong erections.

When you get sexually excited your brain sends signals to the body to allow more blood to the genitals. Therefore it is important that you eat foods that boost blood . The importance of oily fish as a source of increasing overall health and sexual stamina can not be over emphasized. This is because Omega-3 makes your nervous system function more efficiently and that's exactly what you need for peak stamina and performance.

The tonic is very helpful, but over good nutrition cannot be minimized. Eat good food, as best as your wallet allows you:)

Oily fish are also rich in minerals like zinc, magnesium and selenium, all vital for a good sex drive and libido. Throw in a good multi vitamin and mineral supplement to your diet.

B complex vitamins help in reducing stress, which is a big libido killer. Make sure you get more of these to get better and firmer erections. You can do so by having foods that contain L-Arginine. Some examples include: Oatmeal, Peanuts, Cashews,Walnuts, Dairy, Green Vegetables, Soybeans, Seeds and Chickpeas.

Studies show that L-Arginine is helpful for improving sexual function in men and in tests 80% of men who took the supplement found they had better erections in just 3 weeks.  And works almost as good by itself...as that little blue pill. So, run to your nearest health food store and get you a bottle of L-Arginine amino acids ($8-10),and one bottle of a basic multi-vitamin/mineral formula for men $15-25).

This is an excert from the chapter on diet from my latest e-book... Alpha Male Secrets...Get your today ")

Irish Moss Powder 360 vegicap bottle: HE

$69.78

We use only 100% Gluten-free, Vegetable Cellulose ''00'' capsules for all of our encapsulated products. We offer both bulk powder and capsules. Obviously our bulk bottles are bulk powder, not capsules, but the capsule weight is included to give you a way of judging the recommended dosage. Irish Moss - Botanical Powder -- Approximately 600 mg. each capsule. 1/2 teaspoon of powder is about equal to one capsule. Powder can be consumed by sprinkling it over your food or mixing it with a syrup such as maple or chocolate. You could also mix it with orange juice. The citric acid in the orange juice will help to mask any unpleasant powder tastes. Other common names: Pearl Moss, Carrageenan, Red Seaweed, Chondrus, Carrahan, Carragheen, Carrageenin Another highly nutritious and remarkable gift from the sea, Irish Moss soothes mucous membranes and alleviates respiratory ailments, such as bronchitis, dry cough and other lung problems. Like many other bountiful nutrients from the ocean, Irish Moss is a wonderful tonic for maintaining youthful and clear skin and promoting a healthy glow. You may also find it helpful in a weight loss program. History: Irish Moss is a curly, red-purple to yellow-green, cartilaginous alga that appears at low tide on all the shores of the North Atlantic and comes from a genus of about fifteen species of marine algae. It is a perennial thallophyte with a height and spread from three to twelve inches and a disc-shaped holdfast. The plants are collected wild, growing on rocks and stones in pools and shallow saltwater and may be harvested by boat, using a rake (causing minimal damage to the holdfasts) and by hand from the submerged rocks. During the potato famine of the mid-nineteenth century, thousands of beleaguered Irish saved themselves from starvation by eating the humble, bushy seaweed known as Irish Moss. Like all gifts from the sea, Irish Moss is highly nutritive and carries all the positive qualities and rich elements that the oceans possess. One of its common names, Carrageen, is derived from a village in southeastern Ireland where the seaweed is plentiful. It is also found clinging to submerged rocks along the shorelines of Canada, New England, the British Isles and Europe as far south as Portugal. Irish immigrants who found it growing in Canada and on the New England shores were the first to harvest and use it in America, and thus Irish Moss has been an important edible seaweed on both sides of the Atlantic. The entire plant, which is dried and then soaked to swell back to its original bulk, with the liquid turning into a jelly, is used medicinally and for culinary purposes. It is commonly employed as a filler and stretcher of other foods and is eaten as is, or as a thickener for soups and stews. It also makes a tasty, white pudding with sugar. Irish Moss is a mucilaginous, sweet, salty herb that has a softening and soothing effect on tissues. Used commercially, it is included in
