How To Maintain A Healthy Weight

The answer is actually quite simple: diets don't work.

Many common diets tend to burn lean muscle mass along with the fat. Once the diet is over your body will slowly re-gain the pre-existing weight back, but only in the form of fat. So in the end you've just replaced your lean muscle mass with fat. This happens because the "diet" is essentially just starving your body and depleting it of the vital nutrients and minerals it needs on a daily basis.

Feed your body the proper nutrients

It is very important to remember that your stress levels and emotional state of being absolutely contributes to the retention of excess fat and the gaining of unwanted fat.
